Our Cascade Gin started life in July 2017 as an experiment to see if we could incorporate our favourite beer hops into a gin. Fast forward and Cascade has become a firm Turncoat favourite. The subtle floral, spice and citrus qualities from the cascade hops blend perfectly to deliver a refreshing and interesting gin.
