Refund & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Turncoat Distillery. This policy explains when and how you can return products, and how refunds are processed.


1. Your Rights

As a consumer, you have legal rights under UK law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Returns for Faulty Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Where possible, we may request photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • In some cases, we may arrange collection of the faulty/damaged goods.

3. Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition.

Note: You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

4. Trade Customers

Returns for trade customers (bars, restaurants, shops) will be considered at our discretion. Generally, trade returns are not accepted unless goods are faulty or damaged in transit.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
