Our Cascade Gin started life in July 2017 as an experiment to see if we could incorporate our favourite beer hops into a gin. Fast forward and Cascade has become a firm Turncoat favourite. The subtle floral, spice and citrus qualities from the cascade hops blend perfectly to deliver a refreshing and interesting gin. ABV: 40% Our Cascade Gin is hand crafted using only the finest botanicals, in small batches at our distillery in the heart of Liverpool's Baltic Quarter. Delivered in our new 50cl reusable aluminium bottle.
